Ryan & Kari

Ryan and Kari were married at Garden Vineyards just outside Portland earlier this summer. Most of Ryan's family was visiting from the Mid-west and were blessed with beautiful weather for the time they visited.

This wedding especially fun for me because Karis' brother was a great friend of mine from grad school. He was in the MBA and JD (Law) programs at Willamette while I was in the MBA program. Yeah, I'm a slacker and could only handle one degree compared to Erik's two! :) I shot his wedding last summer up near Bellingham, WA and it was great to catch up with so many people again this summer that I already knew really well.

Ryan and Kari...your wedding was gorgeous and I can't wait to design an album for you! I'll see you around the coffee shop! :)

Ty & Mallory

Ty and Mallory were married at the Abiqua Country Estate which is definitely out in the countryside. An aptly named venue! :) They were awesome to work with...they even told me to wear jeans and be comfortable.

Soon Ty and Mallory will be headed up to live just south of Seattle where Ty will start putting his engineering degree to great use for a slightly well known aeronautics company. Any guesses? lol Okay, I'm guilty of a little sarcasm there.

The voice you're hearing right now as part of my "Best of 2007" collage is Mallory who had some very kind words for me. So many of you have sent emails and made phone calls that have made my day! Thanks to all of you who have encouraged me like Mallory has. It goes a long way when taking the risks involved with self employment.

Mallory and Ty, best wishes for your married life and have a blast with all the new and exciting things coming your way!

Mark & Lauren

Hey all! Wow...where have I been you might ask? Shooting like crazy, traveling on business, and editing till my eyes hurt! A LOT has happened in the last two months so get ready for a lot of updates.

I shot Mark and Lauren's wedding in August at Rex Hill Winery. What an awesome location. The daylight hours were bright and colorful and then night fell and the mood was full of glowing warmth.

These two treated me very well, and fed me very well too. Food afficianados, "Foodies" as they call themselves, know how to do it right.

Mark and Lauren, I really enjoyed that whole day and the rehearsal dinner the night before. Thanks for letting me into your wedding experience!

Blessings for your new life together!
